To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client.
Please note there is a 30% fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of your original appointment time. There is a 50% fee for any no-shows on the day of your appointment. You must give 24-hour notice of your original appointment time to avoid any charges. Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable, only transferable.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, we ask that you contact us immediately. It is important that we allow for adequate time for each client's appointment while maintaining COVID social distancing guidelines. As a courtesy, we allow a 10 minute grace period from your appointment time. Please note, clients arriving 15 minutes after their appointment time will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 30 minutes after appointment may be subject to appointment cancellation with a late fee charge.
